Review:
The Hurt Locker is a serious character study and suspense action thriller once. The subject itself - working professionals bomb, possibly one of the most frustrating job on earth ; inside - provides most of the suspense but Bigelow manages to squeeze every bit of energy premise. This movie for me was very apolitical - although set in Iraq, it is distinguished from most of the Iraq war-themed movies, which deals with political and environmental work themselves. Iraq seemed more like background - any war would do, The Hurt Locker does not preach on this story specifically. The is deeply emotional well being disturbed individuals life Helvi ; ti. Jeremy Renner offers incredibly powerful performance that EOD officer completely dependent adrenaline resulting from coordination aspects of daily laugh death. All Film-making is top notch, from the brilliantly subversive script with vivid cinematography, masterful direction and editing perfect rhythm. In the story wisely to break through traditional methods filmmakers Hollywood narrative. There is no clear antagonist, no rising action, no character development and no obvious highlights. Still, the film manages to be interesting, tense and exciting than any Hollywood thriller I've seen in recent years, while making a strong statement, but subtle about crazy addiction that is war. Kudos to all involved in making this film without compromising. This is quality, pure cinematic storytelling at its best, Doing a think man.
